Im glad to Introduce to the world "Hermanos" a collaborative series with Ricardo Oviedo. The 5.5inch design represent characters from which we think mesh together well. From 2d to 3d these little buggers will be making the jump into your shelves. Translated to "Brothers" these pieces play off of self-portraits, friends, or just creatures created in our heads. These two are the first in the series with hopes of many to come :)

Im extremely humbled to be a part of this years Designer Toy Awards "Dunny Show 2" There was an amazing lineup of artist that showcased amazing pieces. My contribution for this show was a 20 inch Kidrobot Dunny. I did my best to capture work in progress pictures, I may have not taken enough to show the WHOLE process ( probably due to the fact that I listen to music when I work and get lost in trance ) but I think its enough for you guys to see behind the curtains :) enjoy!
I've been constructing a new body of work that could reflect on my personal life and artistic style. I decided to hold off on personal shows this year on the fact that I could work, and perhaps find what felt right artistically . Three months ago I was asked to participate in a Star wars show in December at Atama. I took this as a chance to hone my skills and appropriate what I was already conceptualizing in my head. Here is the end result of that product. I will be leaning heavily on this concept for my solo show next spring. Here are some progress shots of what I could get in time. I hope to get prints made for those of you who can not attend the show tonight.
This month I was lucky enough to not only be in one Star Wars show but two!! one of the shows is located in Waldwick , New Jersey the other r in Dallas ,Texas. I customized the Do-it-yourself storm trooper helmet and made them parallel to each other. The red one went to Suburban Vinyl and the blue one to Atama. Made out of polymer clay and acrylic.
